Hunter Douglas window fashion products are covered against defects in material, workmanship or failure to function for as long as the original purchaser owns the product (unless shorter periods are noted below).

Repairs and/or replacements will be made with similar parts or products.
Hunter Douglas powertrain components are covered for 5 years from the date of purchase.

Not covered by a warranty
Any condition caused by normal wear and tear.
Abuse, accidents, misuse or alterations of the product.
Exposure to the elements (sun, wind, water/moisture damage) and fading or fading over time.
Failure to comply with our instructions regarding measurements, proper installation, cleaning or maintenance.
Shipping charges, removal and reinstallation costs.
